Adisada Dudic Hoque, Esq.
Adisada Hoque is an Associate and Worldwide Standards and Knowledge Manager at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. As a member of Fragomen’s Worldwide Standards and Knowledge Team, she provides internal and client guidance on novel and complex global immigration issues and helps maintain Fragomen’s extensive global immigration library. Prior to joining Fragomen, she worked as a litigation associate in Florida. Hoque is a 2007 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, with a Minor in Spanish Language. While at VCU, she was awarded the Outstanding Scholar in Political Science Award in 2006 and Dean’s Academic Achievement Award in 2007. She also served as a Legislative Intern at the Virginia General Assembly during the 2007 legislative session.
In 2011, Hoque received her Juris Doctorate degree with a Concentration in Business Law and Regulation as well as her Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from Cornell University Law School. During her time at Cornell Law School, she also studied International Commercial Arbitration and Comparative Corporate Law and Governance at the Institute of International and Comparative Law at Université de Paris I, Pantheon Sorbonne, in Paris, France. She served as an Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, President of Cornell Women’s Law Coalition, and Clinical Liaison to Avon Global Center for Women and Justice. Hoque is the 2011 recipient of the Freeman Award for Civil-Human Rights. She is based out of Fragomen’s New York City office and resides in Massachusetts.
