Exercise Your Right To Vote on November 6, 2012

November 2, 2012 – Washington, D.C. – ACBH strongly encourages all Bosnian Americans who are eligible and registered to vote to participate in American political life and VOTE on Election Day – Tuesday, November 6, 2012.

This election year, U.S. citizens will choose a President to lead our great nation and in addition, all 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and 33 seats in the U.S. Senate will be contested. As Americans, we are privileged to live in a country that gives its citizens the ability to choose their leaders and help shape their government's future. Our representative democracy is, in the words of President Abraham Lincoln, a "government of the people, by the people, for the people."

Voting is a privilege that enables you, the citizen, to have a say in how your government is run, and by voting for a candidate that represents your views and goals, you are able to become part of the political process.

Make your vote count on Election Day!
