Letter from Justice Department sent to the President of Advisory Council Dr. Mirsad Hadzikadic, is a response to the previous letter, sent to this Department on January 22, 2007 in regards to the arrest of more than twenty Bosnian Serbs, immigrants to the United States, strongly suspected of participating in aggression against BiH and genocide committed against its citizens. On January 22, 2007, the Advisory Council had sent a thank you letter to the Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and to the Secretary of Homeland Security at the Department of Homeland Security in the United States, Michael Chertoff.
