U.S. and U.K. Support Territorial Integrity of BiH

On December 12, 2011, U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton, met with U.K. Foreign Secretary, William Hague, at the U.S. Department of State in Washington D.C. The two world leaders spoke about various shared concerns and challenges and most notably Secretary Clinton spoke of "unfinished business" in the Western Balkans.

We praise both Secretary Clinton and Foreign Secretary Hague on their continued support for BiH and the Western Balkans, and expressing that both the U.S. and the U.K. share a commitment to the territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a single, sovereign state.

In order to intensify their efforts in the Balkans and help Bosnia turn a new leaf in 2012, they plan to work with the Office of the High Representative, the European Union, and other countries in order to help BiH get on the right track.
