On December 19, 2011 the Advisory Council for Bosnia and Herzegovina (ACBH), along with the United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD), and the Turkish Coalition of America (TCA) met with Congresswoman Donna Edwards (D-MD) to discuss the U.S. policy towards the region.

ACBH Executive Director, Ms. Ajla Delkic had the opportunity to inform Congresswoman Edwards (D-MD) on the current political situation in BiH and the importance of U.S. involvement in BiH. Ms. Delkic stressed that BiH's ascension into NATO and the EU was critical to its stability as well as to the stability of the region as whole.
