On 20 March 2008 in Washington D.C., representatives of BAACBH and the Turkish Coalition of America (TCA) signed a $150,000 matching grant agreement. The goal of the grant is to support and expand BAACBH’s current operations, as a voice of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Washington, as well as provide for the hiring of a full-time Executive Director. As a reminder, BAACBH and TCA recently began cooperating on a scholarship program that enables Bosnian-American students to study in Turkey.

The three-year grant is dependent on the Bosnian and Herzegovinian diaspora’s equal financial support to BAACBH. In other words, from now on, TCA will match every dollar that you donate to BAACBH.
